Before entering a banya it is useful to put on special therapeutic facial and body masks to make perspiration better, enhance the cleansing of the skin and saturate skin.

Honey-Cream Body Mask

A cup of cream (250-300 gr.) is mixed together with 1 cup of honey (250 gr.). The mask is applied to the whole body by massaging and gentle rubbing. The belly is rubbed clockwise. The mask is applied for 15 minutes and then washed away in low-warm water.

Oatmeal Facial Mask

The even portions of soaked oatmeal and sour-cream are mixed together and applied for 15 minutes. After the time runs out, wash off in water.

Honey-Salt Body Mask

Ingredients include 200 gr. of honey and 250 gr. of salt. After applying this mask to the body, you can enter banya. Ten minutes is enough to massage the body and help the pores open.

While being in banya, it is very good for your health if you make facial and hair masks. Here are some tips on possible mask ingredients and how they should be combined and applied.

Egg and yeast mask: 1 egg yolk, 1 tablespoon of beer yeast, and 1 teaspoon of sunflower-seed oil are mixed together and applied for 15 minutes, after which washed off in water.

Apple mask: half of an apple, 1 tablespoon of honey, 1 teaspoon of ascorbic acid, 1 egg yolk, and 3 tablespoons of plant oil are applied to the skin for 30 minutes and washed away after the time if over.

Alga mask: 1 tablespoon of dried algae and 1 tablespoon of cottage cheese are applied for half an hour and then washed off.

Nutrient hair crème: 3 tablespoons of castor oil, 1 teaspoon of apple vinegar, 1 teaspoon of glycerin, half a tablespoon of burdock oil, and 1 teaspoon of shampoo apply for 30 minutes. The mask brings back the glow to your hair.

Honey crème: 1 egg, 1 teaspoon of honey, and 1 teaspoon of olive oil mixed together and applied.
